What I am reading right now

Rework is a great book for business owner, CEO’s, and creative freelancers. I love Rework for its no non-sense no fluff approach on rewriting the rules of business. Authors Jason Fried and David Hansson of 37Signals pull no punches so be warned, you’re in for a reality check. You’re either going to love or hate this book.

This is my third time reading Rework and each time I read it reinforces some ideas for me. Rework is a bestseller in the US and UK and has been praised by people like, Mark Cuban, Tony Hsieh CEO of Zappos.com, Jeff Bezzos CEO of Amazon.com, Tom Peters In Search of Excellence. Highly recommended. You can pick up the book here.

Previously read books

Delivering Happiness: A Path to Profit, Passion, and Purpose, is written by Zappos.com CEO, Tony Hsieh. This book centers around the importance of a company culture and delivering happiness as a business model and achieving real happiness in your professional and personal life.

To be honest I didn’t actually read this book I instead listened to the audiobook when I heard that Tony Hsieh narrated it himself. I am glad I decided on the audiobook as it just added a whole new appreciation for Tony and his message on delivering happiness. Personally, listening to this audiobook has made me a better person in both my professional and personal life. Get the audiobook here.
